| Pro Stature | Mine was back in Sept during an arm workout. My bi's and tri's were so pumped I thought my arms were going to burst. I couldn't bend my arm more than 90 degrees my bi's were so large. What an awesome feeling it was!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | i've had two, both ending up puking 1/ a weights work out, where i worked my back and biceps. i did pull-ups, then heavy rows, one-arm rows then finished of with a set of pull-ups to failure. then my biceps where i did heavy barbell curl, then i did alternating curls, then did a drop set isolation curls, and boy, if u poked a needle into my bicep, it was gunna burst like a balloon lol lets just say, i had a very hard time writing in school the next day lol 2/ was sprinting, and i continuelly pushed myself, until i just dropped to the ground like a sack of potatoes and just spewed, layed on the ground (away from my spew) for like 5mins, got back up, and limped home. the next day, i decided to just sit and play xbox lol

| Pro Stature | I agree with any workout that has deads or squats, but I try to make every workout more intense than the last.

Mine was years ago when I did squats, all below parallel, with 510 for 10 reps. That was my best ever for 10 reps and it almost killed me. I was finished after that. I felt like I had just been run over by a truck. I just laid on the floor long enough to be able to stand back up so I could walk to my car and go home.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | Mine consisted of me standing in one place for about an hour trying to figure out why one leg was longer than the other. This was after months of doing almost nothing but standing in one place 'getting a feel for things' almost 8 hours some days. Finally, I just broke down and started crying. One year later and I think I could front squat in my sleep (almost). Legs are pretty much Even-Steven. Alot of other issues solved too, but still not perfect. As for a more traditional 'hard workout'... I have felt pretty nausious trying to get down my pwo after trap-bar-squatlifts in the past.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I can't really remember days but Korte's 3x3 program was pretty tough. Squat, bench, and dead for volume 3x per week (all exercises done every day). I think anyone that has used it and really pushed can vouch for it. And if one has a big deadlift this is especially nightmarish because after all that squatting and pressing (which is like a vacation just laying on the bench), you still have all that damn pulling to do before you can leave. I'd venture Smolov is probably set up harder but it's squats only (but very very challenging) so if one sandbags the other lifts one can make it more tolerable. |

| Pro Stature | I never really had a workout that made me puke. But I have a sprinting story. Last year, I was really out-of-shape. I mean I could barely jog a block. My friend told me to join the football team and this is what happened. Keep in mind that this was the first time I've ever done any kind of hard exercise and it was my first day of practice which is usually the worst for anybody. I was wearing shorts with a large black tee in 90 degree august weather like an idiot. I go to the field when the coach says it was conditioning day. So it was my first day and conditioning day so it was hell. We did intervals, plyometrics, long runs, everything for about 3-4 hours straight with little rest and only 1 water break for 5 minutes. I puked so many times (around 10 i think) every once in a while and i fainted. When i got back up, my coach was yelling at me for not running, lol. Fun times...lol |

| Amateur | Just last leg day was my tuffest. Did squats till failure then super setted them with leg press till failure for 7 sets. After I was done with leg press my legs just contracted on there own back up to my chest. I almost called for a ride because I was so out of it at the end. Driving home felt like I was drunk b/c I was so out of it |
