Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Kind of depends on what you paid for it and how much weight you plan on throwing on it. The leg extentions usually always suck. And the uprights for the bench aren't reinforced so don't expect to throw 400+ pounds on it safely.

If you didn't pay alot for it its alright to start just like df stated. I strongly agree with the powerrack and tons o' weights with a heavy duty multi purpose bench.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Just depends on the results you are trying to obtain. For years I had a shitty 1970's bench that I trained on in my basement and got strong as an ox, but didn't have other exercises that I needed to take my body to another level.
