Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 154 | This is the second time this has happened this week. I got to the gym later than I wanted to this morning. I did 5 sets of incline db press, 3 sets of incline flies, but then I was out of time because I have a big mid term so I had to leave. What should I do when things like this happen? I wanted to do a lot more but I just didn't have the time... now I feel like I had a half assed workout... ?? Should I go back later at night?!?!? Should I up the frequency and do another chest workout this week? Should I just wait till next week? The 5 sets I did were heavy and I had a strength gain, but I couldn't push myself to my limit b/c there was no time....
