Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7  |  What to do about a strained serratus?? Last night I'm pretty sure I strained my serratus anterior (Wrestling). I put on ice on it but I'm not sure what else to do to make it heal. I'm not really sure how to stretch the serratus either. I looked on exrx and didnt find much. Its only on the left side over the rib cage. I'm pretty sure its only a Grade I strain so it should have no impact on lifting. |
