My question is that, I might not be able to play football next season but there's a chance. But if I can't play football, I'll start wrestling instead. I was wondering, is there anything in the program I should change so it's more suitable for a wrestler? Or it doesn't matter and I should keep the routine the same?? Monday-A.M. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | For some of the sets that are like 7-5-3 or 12-10-10, is it better to add weight every set or use 1 wight for the first 2 sets and then increase on the last set. |
