Default Is Westside for Skinny Bastards II good for any sport?

This is LaggingBiceps, but I made a new name because when I tried changing my e-mail and password for the old account, it got messed up somehow, so I got this now.

My question is that, I might not be able to play football next season but there's a chance. But if I can't play football, I'll start wrestling instead. I was wondering, is there anything in the program I should change so it's more suitable for a wrestler? Or it doesn't matter and I should keep the routine the same??

Monday-A.M. Agility Drills

Monday-P.M. ME Upper Body
Flat Barbell Bench Press 1x3-5
Incline Dumbell Press 10-8-6-6

4 supersets of 12-10-8-8
Barbell Rows
Rear-Delt Raises

Barbell Curls 10-8-6
Ab Circuit

Tuesday- Speed Drills

Wednesday- Lower Body Max
Deadlifts 1x1
Squats 1x3-5
Lunges 12-10-8
Stiff-Legged Deadlift 12-10-8

If I decide not to do sports and the speed/agility isn't AS important, should I still do Skinny Bastards version or do the regular Westside for PLers template and add some stretching/flexibility drills?

I'm looking for mainly strength, but I don't want to be those unflexible slow lifters. I don't want to increase speed or agility for sports, I want to get stronger but also be explosive. So I was thinking, doing the Westside for PLers routine, while doing mobility/stretches after workouts.

That looks really good. I'm definetly going to try that this summer when i have time for both AM and PM workouts.

For now though, im sticking to my routine.

For some of the sets that are like 7-5-3 or 12-10-10, is it better to add weight every set or use 1 wight for the first 2 sets and then increase on the last set.
