Default Weird thing with chest

I have noticed in my workouts that I always feel it more in my right chest and my right chest is sore the next day but my left never is.
I also noticed in db bench pressing that my left arm moves differently than my right arm, but i just cant fix it; its just the way it goes.
In a hammer strength incline press when i got to the point i reached failiure, my right arm was able to extend but my left joust wouldnt and my body moved in some weird way turning right so that my left arm can extend with help from the deltoids.
Does this have to do with a weird bone structure or is it just that my left deltoid is stronget while my left chest is weaker (and the opposite for the right side)?

Ive asked for people spotting me but everyone sais they dont notice anything....

help!!!

I do the same thing, it seems as though my left side is weaker. I tend to have alot more push with my right and I pull my left shoulder off the back rest to get it the rest of the way up.

Trying to minimize this by stopping when I notice it, and re-correcting my form.

Well im not using really big weights at this moment (this week its 12-14 rep range). I really do concentrate on form, im not retarded!!!!!
Even though I do look at the mirror when db benching i see nothing wrong, i have asked people to watch my form and they say there is nothing wrong.

This could help. Sounds like you are compensating for your weaker side by using your stronger side, which is not good. I would lighten it up slightly and work on form or switch to dumbells for a while. If you go on lifting using your strong side to push the extra weight you'll just end up with an uneven chest.

You could balancing the bar a bit unevenly. I did it for a while, and my left pec is uneven now

Guys, third time im saying this lol
I use dumbbells and my form is perfect, i have had several people check my form and nobody has seen anything wrong.
I guess i have a too strong left shoulder and weak chest, and the opposite for the right side...
