Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Have any of you guys ever hit a weight plateau? I'm eating like a horse and I've been stuck for 2 solid weeks now. I'm trying to bulk yet after a solid 12 pound increase in the first 2 1/2 weeks I've stopped dead. Any ideas to break the trend? I guess I could eat more, but I'm eating around 4000-5000 calories a day. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I'm at a little over 170. I eat enough protien, I know that. Lots of chicken, tuna and protien powder goes into me. No I don't put olive oil in my shakes, what would that do for me? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I would also add oats to your diet as that is an inexpensive way to ad clean calories. BTW, adding 12 pounds in 2 weeks is a receipe to get fat really quick. The most one can reasonably add is 1-2 lbs a week of muscle, the rest is fat. |
