Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | IMO, just stick with a 45% degree press that allows a seat angle adjustment. They are less intimidating to the public and safer. If someone wants to do virticle leg presses, they can use a pad on the ground and smyth machine.

| Pro Stature | I've never tried a vertical leg press, but I heard that it's VERY uncomfortable for the lower back. |
