| SEEK & DESTROY | I agree with the temperature along with the sugar. If I'm having a cheat day, my arms will have mad veins. Not a good thing to implement in your eating habits, but I find they do correlate. Mine really show after doing cardio, since you get the blood flowing.

| Pro Stature | Mine show only when I'm lifting. It's usually either low BF, big muscles, or both. That's why you see superheavyweight olympic weightlifters like Reza-Zadeh with lots of veins even though he's 30% BF. |
