Default Tri-Phase Progressive Training

This is a 12 week program put together by Twin Peak (co-owner Designer Supplements) a couple years ago.

I'm posting it now because 1) I just started this program this week and 2) the original article for Phase I is missing all the charts relating to the routine itself- after a couple hours research I managed to piece it together and thought it might be a benefitial reference for others
