Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I have a question. what should i do if i wanna gain pure strength, go at a lower weight rep and push till failure,or should i go at a higher weighted rep and do less reps? is it a good thing to push till failure? some people tell me that it is a good thing to push till failure and some people tell me that it is not a good thing.i need input please. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | power lifting stuff is definitly the way to go.reps of 1,2 or3.squats deadlifts power cleans and presses.heavy weights low reps more rest=strength.going to failure is a bodybuilding thing and really will not help your strength much. |
