Pros for training in the morning: higher T levels, more time afterwards to feed the body and oxidize fat. Cons for training in the morning: lack of nutrients and hydration. Evening pros and cons are the mirror image of these.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 376 | I've always been typically stronger the later I train. I only see good things when it comes to mixing up a training protocol, no matter what you're changing around.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 169 | I always thought that the most important thing to do was train - period. Yet, I do know the benefits of waking up, having some protein & doing cardio will be more effective than waiting until the evening to do cardio after 7 meals... Maybe the timing of cardio should be done at certain times of day for best results... However, I'm not really sure that the same will apply towards hitting the weights - if your nutritional intake - preworkout has been adequate. Make sense?
