Default Training at different times of day???

Is there anything wrong with training at a different time of day??

Sometimes i will go in the afternoon, sometimes i will go at night.

eh. This may just be internet jargin, but I've heard it's best to get your body into some type of hormonal rhythm. Whether that actually has any merit, who knows.

Pros for training in the morning: higher T levels, more time afterwards to feed the body and oxidize fat.
Cons for training in the morning: lack of nutrients and hydration.

Evening pros and cons are the mirror image of these.

I've always been typically stronger the later I train. I only see good things when it comes to mixing up a training protocol, no matter what you're changing around.

I always thought that the most important thing to do was train - period.

Yet, I do know the benefits of waking up, having some protein & doing cardio will be more effective than waiting until the evening to do cardio after 7 meals...

Maybe the timing of cardio should be done at certain times of day for best results... However, I'm not really sure that the same will apply towards hitting the weights - if your nutritional intake - preworkout has been adequate.

Make sense?
