Default Training Advice

Okay Heres the deal. I have to lift in school which i dont mind at all but theres a couple of problems

1) I have ot keep the workots short ( i can get about 10-15 sets of work in)
2)I have to workout 5 times a week in a row(maybe 1 rest day at the most)

IF anyone could help me with a program that would be great. My main goal is to get stronger

Max-OT is the only one I know at the moment that I can think of that I know to be effective.

Any of the Vince Giranda workouts are great. Four sides to a muscle, 8X8 and his 10-8-6-15 programs are all fast paced hypertrophy programs. I am currently on four sides to a muscle and making better gains now at 40 then when I was 20, and my workouts last 25 min or less. For more on Vince go to www.Ironguru.com or www.Vincegiranda.com.

yeh... HST or some kind of circut training sounds like ur best bet.

by the way, I think 10-15 sets is plenty. I know my normal workouts only consists of about 12 at most.... but i guess i use long rest periods.

Or you can do abs, forearms, and calves. And then some light warm up stuff and just make it look like you're trying. Practice form on new exericses? or something.

When we did lifting in gym I just benched the bar for like 45 minutes.
