| Pro Stature | Pretty good vids to see for some exercise variations. The guy in the third vid with yellow shorts seems to be the most intelligent at the body and muscles; more than most personal trainers IMO. Shows that tempo, periodization, TUT, don't matter much to these guys, lol. And if you guys don't think some of these built there bodies on just bodyweight exercises; there's a good chance they didn't but a good look at anyways. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | cool. Freaky genetics or weights were used. But for most, these are great variations on the normal moves.
