Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Alright Ill give you example of the training im thinking about Say im doing Biceps Can i train them 3 days or how many days you want and then after those 3 days take a day off then do like Chest for 3 days then Do the same thing take a day off and move on to another Body part. is there suchs thing |

| Pro Stature | Once you have had one bicep workout, you need to recover from it. Depending on the volume and intensity, rest between workouts of the same muscle must be 3-7 days.
