Default is there such training?

Alright Ill give you example of the training im thinking about

Say im doing Biceps Can i train them 3 days or how many days you want and then after those 3 days take a day off then do like Chest for 3 days then Do the same thing take a day off and move on to another Body part.

is there suchs thing

Once you have had one bicep workout, you need to recover from it. Depending on the volume and intensity, rest between workouts of the same muscle must be 3-7 days.
