Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | Go Sumo don't do it for it's competitive advantage, but instead, as a way to increase an assortmant of other lifts (squat for one) by enhancing hip mobility and strenth. Not to mention it's kills ur glutes, hams and quads like any other form of pull.
