Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Some of it...standing calf raises with an attachment, add 4 45's and a 2 10's. Seated calf raises would be an itch to get loaded. |

| is missing heavy pulls | i dont really train claves directly i think i might start when i get some straps and i do alot of olympic lifts that hit calves forearms and legs are my fav to train
