One of my main week points is flexibility... I want to get much more flexible. I think it will help me out in sports. The only problem is i have no clue how to go about getting flexible. I know i need to strech but i am not sure how... so if anyone wants to help me out feel free to

Lots of good info on t-mag.com, do a search there. I think I have seen around 5-6 good articles.

Just do your lacrosse stretching routine 1-2 times a day. You should know the basic exercises.
