Default Stomach fat

I'm bulking up...I eat almost everything (healthy of course), while trying to avoid oily and ‎high fat food as possible. I workout abs more than 3 times a week, just to get rid of ‎stomach fat that bothers me...I'm afraid to get fat, while everyone is telling me to EAT ‎EAT EAT!! I want to bulk up but really want to burn this fat...its not much but its still ‎bothers me :evil: ‎

I can't run cause they say I will be burning my progress on muscle building...should I ‎start walking? The weather is hot, is that alright?‎

I don’t know the name of exercises I do in Gym but I focus on working out all level of ‎abs. I even tried the exercises is www.bestabs.com but they say it will injure your back!‎

Do I eat less carb? Low-fat milk?‎

Need your advice please.‎
