Phase 1: pros: great strength gains, more mass overall cons: more fat gained than phase 2 Phase 2: pros: moderate strength increases, phenomenal stamina and endurance increases, gained solid mass, while burning off some fat I gained during phase 1. Ended Phase 2 at the same BF I ended phase 1 at, while gaining more mass. cons: workouts are very hard the first few weeks, as you wont be able to keep up as well with the 45-60s rest periods between all sets. strength does not get a huge development boost during these 2 months.
