Thanks, I am glad you like the routine. As you can see by my numbers, the results were fantastic on it. With a little tweaking I can see it working for anyone that has the balls to do it

I think I will give it a try. I of course will have to adjust the volume a little and I hope my small feable body can adapt to such training.

i wouldnt adjust it at all. your body is able of amzing things just try it and if you find theres to much voulme adjust it then

Agreed. As you get bigger and stronger your body gets beat on harder, gets put under greater stresses, does not recover as fast, etc. due to the more intensive loads you can put your body through.

Well I won't mess it up to much Spytech. I hope I will see great gains and get a little closer to 200 bodyweight by the end of it. I am at around 172 now. Of course im not sure how long im going to run it though.

Well, if you want to pick and choose what phase you want to do (either 1 or 2) instead of doing both 8 week phases:

Phase 1:
pros: great strength gains, more mass overall
cons: more fat gained than phase 2

Phase 2:
pros: moderate strength increases, phenomenal stamina and endurance increases, gained solid mass, while burning off some fat I gained during phase 1. Ended Phase 2 at the same BF I ended phase 1 at, while gaining more mass.
cons: workouts are very hard the first few weeks, as you wont be able to keep up as well with the 45-60s rest periods between all sets. strength does not get a huge development boost during these 2 months.

Well I am looking for size gains, so I assume Phase 1 is for me. Added fat is no problem. I may run the full 16 weeks but I am not sure yet.

Started today!!! Felt kinda strange dropping my volume down a little to start with but I definately see where it's gonna be a godsend come week 5!! Took reading through it 6 or 7 times to fully get it all but I think I do now!!

Undecided if I'll keep an online log yet but I'm enjoying it so far on day 1 :nosthumbs
