chest/back
qud/calve
bi/tri/shoulder
ham/calve

or

back
qud/ham/calve

Are your goals just increasing muscle mass or for sports, or...?

thanks for the reply peaked, its not for sports, its both size and strength oriented, with i guess a tad more emphasis on the strength.

You could try Spytech's HSHT program, I believe that's a M,T,Th,F split

Phase 2:
pros: moderate strength increases, phenomenal stamina and endurance increases, gained solid mass, while burning off some fat I gained during phase 1. Ended Phase 2 at the same BF I ended phase 1 at, while gaining more mass.
cons: workouts are very hard the first few weeks, as you wont be able to keep up as well with the 45-60s rest periods between all sets. strength does not get a huge development boost during these 2 months.

legs-on
shoulders-on
off

nah.. im not one to let shoulders have thier own day, they are such a small bodypart it dosent take much time, and my shoulders are probably one of my best bodyparts, so they dont require much work.
