Frankly, the slew of periodization jarble isnt doing it for me, a link to one of Haycock's articles would suffice. Maybe we need more info on- HST Max-OT, to contrast its differences with HST, consequently explaining why it is not as an effective program West Side Barbell Training DFHT basic theory Strategic Deconditioning and Progressive Load I dont have the time to write an article on these, only provide quick answers and if requested, explanations, but i just think this forum needs better stickies on these. I DO have a WSB routine modified by meathead, nick666, and younglifter14 which is much better than the original one, for strength and size. I could post that up if anyone wants it. |
