Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Alright I'm thinking about switching to a non-traditional periodization program to increase strength and size, although it is not for a sport. I read through the posts by powerman (nice posts and studies BTW) and the only real question I had was with regards to the split. Would I keep a 3, 4, or 5 day split or should I change my split to accomodate the periodization program. Right now I'm on a 4 day split and I just wanted to figure out what type of volume and split works well. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
