Default Sandbag training

Would anyone be interested in a sandbag training article? It'd include a routine, ect. It's not the best thing for bodybuilding (won't get you a chisled appearance) its more for strength purposes. Different from powerlifting too though, because along with it you get great endurance. It's more of a general "get in better shape" kind of thing. Anyway, I think it would appeal to some people who aren't hugely worried about appearance or bench/squat/dead, and just want to get healthier and stronger. Also, it has the appeal of the whole fact that it is essentially free.
