Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I've always gotten these, but just kind of ignored them... never a big deal. So now I figure why not see if anyone else does. Basically after a squat workout I always get red lines across my shoulders where be the bar went. Something like broken blood vessels, I guess Anyone else get them?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | id rather have lines from a manta ray than use anything else. aside from a raw bar, using the manta ray seems to produce more of those lines. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Yeah, I get the lines too, not usually with squats but from using the standing calf machine...usually takes a few days to go away..however I notice if I massage the area to increase blood flow- it usually goes away quicker.
