Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | this summer im training hard for football and wanna get my numbers up, im going into soph year in hs. current numbers: Bench-170 Squat-265 PowerClean-180 bodyweight 140 my goals bench-200 squat-315 powerclean-200 bodyweight 160 are these goals realistic for about 2 and a half months of HARD work |

Its going to take a hell of a lot of food but I was able to put on 40 lbs in the summer between sophomore and junior year of high school so it could totally happen. Stop by the diet forums and post what you're going to be eating so we can help get that dialed in.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 197 | Yes it can happen that way. I also gained a ton when I was still a teen. I went from 180 at 18 y/o to 240 at 19.5 y/o. 60 pounds in 18 months was pretty good and my strength went up along with my weight too.
