Default push and pull training

does anyone here do the push and pull training and overall how is it

I've never done Push/Pull but I think that it's better than bodypart splits working muscles 1x a week and better than Upper/Lower body splits. Give it a try and see if it works for you. Doesn't matter if someone gained tons on it, you might not get gains with that kind of split.
