Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Here is my situation. A few months ago, my training went inconsistent. I missed 7 weeks due to some eprsonal problems and a vacation, I returned to the gym only for 2 weeks of training, then missed 5 weeks. I returned for 1 week, then missed 3...now I am back full force with diet and supps, this is my first week back, but I hit a MAJOR road block. Yesterday was chest and today was legs, on both days I have thrown up at the gym, I could not finish my workouts (I only had a few sets left, luckily) but during my workouts I become extremely light headed and nauseous to the point that I puke in the gym.. WHat the hell is wrong with me?? My only supps are protein and vitamins, and I drink water during my workouts?? I got my drive back, but I keep puking and feeling like **** everytime I train.... Someone please help |

| Pro Stature | Could you post your current workout? If it's the volume, start low and each week add a set until you get the desired sets. If it's the intensity start sub failure for a few weeks then go intense. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | wait longer after your pre-workout meal. It looks like you have the hydration thing covered... maybe you just need to get back into cardiovascualr shape. Tryin doing some jogging at night.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 200 | The biggest problem you have is with your inconsistency. If you're not consistent then you're wasting your time.
