Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 95 | Im not saying iso movements and cables are bad, they have their place. they are pretty much icing on the cake. im talkin people who go to the gym and do nothing but machines, cables, and isolation movements.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | Ok.. the way i read that was that they were horrible and not worth doing, lol. I LOVE that last one you posted. I was in gnc, and watched the guy talk a guy into buying NO-Vapour (made by our great friends at muscle-tech!). The last thing this guy looked like he needed was a pre-workout stim. The 140$ he spent on two tubs.. could have been well spent towards food to help him gain weight. Not only did the guy say it was great for working out,.. he also told the kid that it would help him pack on upwards of 15lbs of mass.. i just stood there laughing and in awe...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | lol this thread is lame, IMO all this elitist "hardcoreism" and "training" mumbo jumbo. kinda makes me sick. some people like to burn calories, some people like to look sexy, some people like to lift heavy. All three are equal in their own right.
