Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | I know doing hammer curls works the outter bi's but i am curious if pivoting the elbow a bit and moving it across the chest works the outter bi more than just bring it straight up and down? after looking into it a bit i'm assuming it doesnt matter but just want to confirm |
