Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 35 | By now we've all seen some variation of the "One Inch in One Day" workout (and maybe diet or supplements, as in the Cell Tech ad) -- and here on IM even have a chronicle of it's success for a couple of members. I'm wondering about similar routines that may exist or possibly building one for other body parts such as chest, shoulders, lats, thighs, calves, forearms, or even a 'crash course' for abs. I know 1" is not the target for all of these, but a similar mind-blowing gain would be greatly welcomed, especially if one could keep most or all of those gains... no? I'm currently in no position to do any of these variations, but I do believe I might run a focus day for each of the major body parts next year with something like six or eight weeks off in between. I'm also interested in suggestions on diet and/or supplementation to get the most out of the ordeal. This would be nutritional prep/support for the week or so prior and the week or so following... EME got into some of this with the log they ran which was awesome to get a deeper understanding of everything at play. Thanks everyone for any feedback, ideas, and coaching you can provide...

| is missing heavy pulls | Id think that most other body parts would be way to hard cause they are bigger and take more... Maybe you could do shoulders... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 35 | Shoulders would be first on my list... I've had good results in the past with pyramiding. On the other hand, I'm not that in shape and I'm certainly not huge, so any intense blasting will yield results. What do you think would be a good routine for shoulders? Alternating five supersets of Arnold Presses and upright rows every hour with five sets of "21's" (7 side, 7 anterior, 7 rear delt raises) and Farmer's Walks? Do that for 12 hours and call it a solid science experiment? LOL...
