Here.. a few of us tried it a while back, and all of us got good results... nobody reached the inch mark, but making any measurable improvement in a single day is impressive.. we were all suprised it did anything.. http://www.ironmass.com/training/362...s-routine.html | |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | its totally worthless. most people get like a 1/2" pump for like a day, and by the next week its back to normal size. wishful thinking that somehow your body can make that much muscle in one day from one workout

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 70 | Finished my 3rd workout, took BCAA's 15 minutes before. My arms are getting tired already, but wth, I'm going to do this. I plan on lowering my weight a little bit on the next workout with Dips/Ez bar curls. I'm downing some more gatorade now. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 70 | Okay, just finished with my workout. 4th workout of the day, my arms feel less exhausted, but I need to lower the weights. I made a protein shake with: 1 whole banana, 1 1/2 scoops of protein, 1,500 mg of taurine, 1/2 cup of oats, and 19 oz of water. |
