Just a couple more clients and I can concentrate on tomorrow. On the hour: DB Curls Lying DB Tricep Extensions +15g sugars (gatorade powder) w/5g glutamine On the half-hour: EZ Curls Skulls w/EZ Those are the pairs. It's a ton of glutamine, but it truly cannot hurt. And I'll take my 10g (total) of crea throughout the day, whenever. Gonna be great. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Hey Zack, Technically, the EZ bar curls and Skulcrushers are on the Hour.. and the Dumbbell superset is on the Half Hour.... if you go by the letter of the routine. One Important thing to note... You do 3 total supersets on the hour of the EZ bar curls, and the Skullcrushers. You do 2 total supersets on the half hour of the dumbbell supersets. Sounds good on the supps. We upped our PowerAde to one 16oz bottle every hour. BCAA caps every other hour. Big Egg and Skillet potato breakfast with Bagels and Orange Juice. Alternating meals of Rice/Ground Beef and Whey Protein Shakes every two hours. Steak, Pasta, and Salad to finish off the day. I also have some Cold Fusion Explosion ( Creatine / NO2 ) I may mix in with the PowerAde for fun. Let's Get it Started! :bigthumbu - EME Quote:

This arm routine has been around for decades and seems to have more possibility for success to me. There are actually many reasons why I feel this one has much more opportunity for success.
