I actually posted our training diet for that day in the thread.

I can post my post workout diet too, but it will probably be my regular diet with just larger portions of carbs and protein ( if that's possible.. LOL )

If I did the workout. I would drink a tall glass of Kool-aid with extra extra sugar... or a bunch of dextrose to replace the glycogen in your muscles... every hour, Along with a gallon or two of water througout the day... atleast 3 whey drinks, and whatever other food I could scarf down.. your not going to get fat in one day and the more food you eat the better your chances of keeping cortisol in check...

LOL...

Did you see our diet in the other thread?

We're carb loading for three days to begin with..

Then, we're starting the day with Scrambled Eggs, a ton of skillet Potatoes, Juice, and Toast. Lots of Carbs, Protein, and Calories

Then we each have 64 oz ( more if necessary ) of PowerAide lined up to supply glucose, fluid, sodium, potassium, and other electrolytes each hour.
( not 64 oz each hour, but 8-16 oz per hour )

We'll be drinking water, or other fluids.. juice, etc.. constantly during the rest periods as well.

Every Two Hours we will be alternating between a bowl of long grain rice and ground beef...( or chicken and pasta ) and a Whey Protein / Carb Shake.

Also, we'll be supplementing with BCAA's every two hours during the day.

Finally, we're finishing with a replenishment meal of Steak, Pasta, and Salad at the end of it all.

Basically, were going to have a constant infusion of High and Low GI carbs, Fluid, Electrolytes and Aminos all throughout the training day.

Adequate Carb and Protein intake in the days following the training day will also be essential. I'll probably take in 20-30% more calories, carbs, and protein than usual on these days.

Just legs and abs for an entire week? I suppose you could also throw some light shruggin in there too, but everything else (if done heavily) will require your arms to some degree.

I did Chest / Back and Abs tonight

I'll do Shoulders and Legs tomorrow

Thursday and Friday will be Off Days

Saturday will be Bi's and Tris

Sunday and Monday will be off Days

Tuesday will be something light.. probably stretching and Abs only

Wednesday will be Legs Only

Thursday will be Chest / Shoulders

Friday will be Off

And I'll pick up my normal training schedule again on Saturday with
Back and Biceps and Abs.

That will be 7 training days, and 5 Off days in a 12 day period.

That amounts to:

2 Chest Workouts
2 Shoulder Workouts
2 Back Workouts
2 Leg Workouts
3 Ab Workouts
1 Killer Bi/Tri workout

and 1 additional Bi workout over those 12 days.

lol.. Naw I didn't see it.. I started to look for it then got distracted...

Looks good though.. I am sure my friends who have unsuccesfuly tried the workout didn't take the dieting part seriously. Maybe you guys have a shot here. I know facial stretching is a powerful thing, and all the swelling is definatly going to do that.. That along with all the muscle pumps throuout the day... Good luck to anyone who tries it...

You're supposed to be taking today off too, and carb loading, to make sure your glycogen stores are full!

But, you'll probably be OK since you took Tues. and Wed. off. Make sure you get plenty of rest, carbs, and fluid tomorrow!

All that you mentioned, plus a little creatine throughout the day. I currently do 5g pre and post-workout. I'll be doing much smaller doses throughout the day, just to help my body do the reps.

And glutamine, whenever.

If we make good gains with this, I guarantee you that Falcon will be one of the first ones doing it also!

Heh, if it does work, I think it would be detremental to your muscles not to do it consectively or even within a few months. There is going to be major muscle damage from the overtraining, mainly why you get the sore pump of an inch.

So you kids out there, don't be doing this every weekend and think you can got from 14's to 20's in 6 weeks.

I assume you mean:

"detremental to your muscles to do it consecutively"
