| Pro Stature | I train DC style, and love it. Since the start of the school year I have gained 35 pounds. I am at around 13-13.5% bodyfat, which I don't like. I have come up with the following plan. During the school year, I will all out gain as hard as possible. No holding back. Then, during the summers, I will work mainly on maintenance and recomp. For instance, starting this summer, I will run sesamin and LipidFX in order to combat the fat. Along with golf (walking of course) 7 days a week and a slightly less radical diet, I am hoping to drop to around 9% bodyfat. I don't know exactly why I am posting this, but I decided to anyways.
