Default My new workout/ whats yours?

this is what I will be starting on monday let me know what you all think. i am prety new to this. I have been training for three years but it has been mostly home videos and circuit training in the gym.

Chest/bis (light)/abs
quads/tris (light)/calves
Back/traps/ABS
off
Hams/Glutes/calves
shoulders/Tri/bi (heavy)/abs
off
Repeat
and on weeks i can't get to the gym five days i will go with this one

day 1
shoulders calfs and abs
day 2
back and bicepts
day 3
chest and tricepts
day 4
glutes, quads and hams

So what do you weeks look like?

Looks pretty solid to me. I don't like training chest with biceps or back with triceps, but I know some people that prefer to train that way.

A lot of this is finding out what works for you and your unique body; try different things every few months and see what generates the best results.

i like to do bi's and tri's, chest by itself, back and shoulders, and legs by itself.

I use a 3 day split.

Day 1: Chest, Back
Day 2: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Forearms
Day 3: Legs

I recover very fast naturally though, so you may not be able to handle hitting all the muscle groups twice a week. I like that split though, it works really well for me.

^IPL is an awesome resource, well respected within this crazy online community and I cant think of any woman online I know have that has anywhere near as much experience.
