| is missing heavy pulls | What do you think Rember im an athlete I wasnt to sure how to go about this with the wrestling practice(preseason no running just wrestling getting back in teh grove) but i came up with this any suggestions would be great Monday Dead lift 5x5 Military Press 2x6 Tuesday wrestling practice Wednesday Power clean 8x2 Thursday Wrestling Friday ATG squats EME Style You do 10 total sets, not counting warm ups. 1 set, 10 reps. 2nd set, take the weight up 10 lbs and do 9 reps, 3rd set, take the weight up 10 lbs and do 8 reps... etc, etc.. All the way to the 10th set of 1 rep. SLDL 3x6 Saturday Speed Bench 9x3 Close Grip Bench 2x6 Hammergrip pullup 3xfaliure Sunday lacrosse game

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | If this is in-season, I would not recommend doing this. Do something with a lot less volume, fall into overtraining (under recovery) very easily. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Yeah, You definitely need some off days in there man. Even when I'm in contest prep, I still have one off day. That will run you into the ground over time. I'd cut it to about 5 days training, and two off days. - EME

| is missing heavy pulls | after acuttly thinking ove my goals i have totaly changed the way i went about this and here is my new workout Monday Powerclean 6x3 Military Press 2x6 ab work Tuesday wrestling practice Wednesday Rest Thursday Wrestling Friday 3 sets of 5x5x5 atg squats SLDL 2x6 ab work Saturday AM Speed Bench 9x3 clap pushups 3x10 Hammergrip pullup 3xfaliure grip work PM 15 second sprints, followed by 60 second jog x10 Sunday lacrosse game
