Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 161 | It's difficult to say why your chest isn't growing without knowing more about you and how you train. Maybe you're not getting enough rest. Perhaps your exercise technique isn't up to par. It might be that your expectations are unrealistic. To build muscle in your chest (or any part of your body for that matter), you'll also need to eat right. If your diet is poor, you'll never make the progress you want. When i first started getting into bodybuilding my chest was the last bodypart to show obvious growth, for my chest to grow i have to go heavy... real heavy. Try packing more weight onto your lifts without sacrificing good form. :bier:

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Work your chest our once a week to start. Improve your diet too, that can also sprout gains. Incline Barbell Press Flat Dumbbell Press Flat Dumbbell Flies (Chest stretch) Chest Stretch - Go search up extreme stretching and look for the chest stretch. Do those 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps and do that every week and also improve your diet (if you got one). |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Barbell's are ok, especially for sports. Incorporate dumbbells and barbells and improve your diet. Don't even tell me you ain't growin cause of your training and you have a shitty diet. |
