Default My bastardized 3 week volume (hypertrophy) phase

Coming off a meet, and about 12 months of Russian conjugation....


Week 1:


M- 70% (5x5)
TR- 65% (4x8)

Week 2:

M- 75% (5X4)
TR- 65% (5X8) <-- probably going to be the toughest session (neared to my failure point, but still not close)

Week 3:

M- 80% (6X3)
TR- 70% (4x7) <-- although, this one is gonna suck too


If i can, i'll train in Israel (i'm going for 10 days between Dec 29 and jan 8), if so:

M- 85% (6x2)
TR- 70% (4X8)




I'm excited for this. My legs are tiny (kinda strong), so i'm expecting a bit of growth from these rep ranges. Honestly, I haven't really trained with this volume since..... maybe never.

Any thoughts?
