| Pro Stature | I have decided to change up my training for a few different reasons. I have decided on this program, which I am going to start on Monday. M- Squat, Bench, BB Row all 5x5 with lower back and ab work W- Squat, Military Press, Deadlift, Pullups all 4x5 with ab work F- Squat, Bench, BB Row at 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 with 3 sets each of tri/bi work. What do you think?

Because if you're already 200+ pounds and your bench is 250+ squat and deadlift 350+ you can start the advanced periodized version. But if you're gonna do this, awesome, looks good. | |

| Pro Stature | I weigh 180, and my max squat is around 340. My max dead is 405. I'm ashamed to say my bench max is around 210 ![]()
