I actually saw a guy doing weighted burpees in my gym the other day. He wasn't doing them the way I believe they are supposed to be done, but he was doing them regardless ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | my dad made one for me, took 1/2inch steelplate and made one 3ft by 3ft with an eyebolt and a raised edge. Its great except that its 110lbs. you can make one with plywood and a tire if u must.

| is missing heavy pulls | Nice list of movements. You can make a sled out of a tire and some rope and you can cut a tricep bar into two and make two adjustable kettleballs ![]() |
