i want to try sled training!!!

So true about about the pull ups. I'm surprised he didn't talk about burpees after that. I actually saw a guy doing weighted burpees in my gym the other day. He wasn't doing them the way I believe they are supposed to be done, but he was doing them regardless

Our gym doesn't have Kettle balls but I like their training methods they outline in the article.

I have been looking for a good cheap sled for a long time. Although I like EFTS equipment I do not really want to pay for their sled, seems a bit pricey for a sled. I could make my own I guess...

my dad made one for me, took 1/2inch steelplate and made one 3ft by 3ft with an eyebolt and a raised edge. Its great except that its 110lbs.

you can make one with plywood and a tire if u must.

Nice list of movements. You can make a sled out of a tire and some rope and you can cut a tricep bar into two and make two adjustable kettleballs
