Question Morning cardio......


Ok guys, if youre cutting, what morning cardio do you do?

HIIT? Steady state?

Fasted? Fed?

Details?

I'm doing HIIT 4 times a week, intense - so far so good, watching the muscle though for any losses, none yet...

When I am cutting I like to do morning HIIT on the elliptical, and sometimes the stair stepper or bicycle. I'll do this for around 15 minutes and do it on an empty stomach 3-4 days/week.

I'll then do the weights at night.
