Default Max OT - Missing Workouts In The Course!

I have been skimming through the 12 week course quickly before I start reading it in depth and I noticed that a lot of the weeks there is no training routine for that week, for example, week 4. What should I do once I get to that week - do I just do the routine I did the week before until instructed otherwise by the course as it doesn't even say anything such as 'for this week just do the previous weeks routine' like it did for the 2nd week.

P.s. it also suggests that you do upright rows in 1 of the routines... Should I do them as I am trying to follow the routine to a 'T' as it suggests but I don't want to get any rotator cuff injuries.

Thumbs up MAX OT, My take

M and I did MAX-OT for about 10 weeks. We followed their rep ranges only for that time, we picked out exercises that were in their program. At week 6 we hit plateaus. We then upped the amount of sets and moved the reps up to 6-8 and we started going up again. Listen to your body, it'll tell you what to do for growth.
