Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I have tried Max-OT and saw great strength gains but basically no size gains because I respond better to the 8-10 rep range than the 4-6. Would doing a Max-OT routine but changing the exercises from the 4-6 range to the 8-10 range be logical? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | I've found that switching between Max-OT and higher volume training every couple months really helps break through plateaus...it also keeps me from getting bored with a routine, which is always nice ![]()
