| Pro Stature | Keep lifting heavy when you are cutting and bulking. It is mainly about diet and cardio can't hurt. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | thanks all and to the PSU guy...im from Nova but go to UNC also...i know this prob should be in the supplement forum...but does anyone know what supps should be used for loading vs cutting i was thinking fish oils, calcium, b complex, glutamine and protein for both sizeon, gaspari's novadex nt or hd 17 and leucine for bulking and some fat burner for cutting |

yes. post it in the supp secion. Generally, all you need is whey and a multi. Things like glutamine and fish oil are extras but not needed. I also think many members here would promote a creatine product. I don't use it myself, but many do. where did you go to highschool??
