i'm tired of posts like that. people in their self-proclaiming way just rambling on why they are better than others. Just because someone doesn't live the 100% lifestyle, doesn't mean we must bash them. It's these dweebs that make serious lifters stand out, and shitty PTs still have jobs.

jesus that smith thing was brutal.

there was a dude who became a paraplegic after squatting in the smith (a different guy then this guy i think). I stay away from that thing, only thing its good for is towel rack, close grip benches, and pullups.

yeah t-nation always publishes these RAWR HARDCORE articles and then at the bottom sneaks a biotest ad in there somewhere. its like animal pak's website, but more subtle.
