| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Well, I don't know back when this DVD was made, but many pros wear a belt constantly because they think it helps keep their gut in check. Also many people wear a belt when lifting extremely heavy because you can cause some back or hernia damage. Great find.

| Pro Stature | I wear a belt every day when I go to work, does that count? J/K Pretty awesome lifting. I have just now starting doing bench press. I've always done DB press cause that is what my son started me out one. I'm keeping the weight extremely low until I get the technique correct to make sure I don't loose control of the bar and weights. I seem to always want to move the bar out over my stomach and not straight up over my chest.....but I'm learning.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | It really takes a lot of time. It seems the people that started doing flat bench press before doing dumbell bench press do better. I have a friend that is terrible with control, but I can't remember ever having problems.
