Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I have a question Will Heres the example Say your max at barbell curling is 30 pounds If you curl 15 pounds and you do like 10 reps and then after that set you jump to 30 and do 6reps Would that like Shock the muscles and make them grow quicker or gain strength faster?? |
