Default just a question

I have a question Will Heres the example

Say your max at barbell curling is 30 pounds If you curl 15 pounds and you do like 10 reps and then after that set you jump to 30 and do 6reps

Would that like Shock the muscles and make them grow quicker or gain strength faster??

No that's not what "shocking the muscle" is all about. The idea behind shocking is that over time your muscles adapt to the loads, intensity or angles you work them and stop growing. To "shock" your muscle back into growth you can use a large variety of techniques to do so but that isn't one of them.
