Default JM Press CHALLANGE!!

Take the JM Press challenge! It's as easy as three steps!

step 1: Remove a tricep exercise from your current routine
step 2: Add JM presses in their place
step 3: Rant about how badly they dominate your arms in this thread

here is a link with a vid of how to do them. You will find it under "Tricep."

http://www.midwestbarbell.com/videos.htm

note* this is a great link, in general.

I'll try them out.

I just did some JM Presses this afternoon with my chest/tricep workout.

I don't know if I'll have any "ranting" to do about them.

They're a pretty good exercise. Hurts less on my elbows than a regular skull crusher. I'm going to keep doing them. At least for a while.

I'll throw these into the mix in April when training commences for the IMPC. I'll let you know how it goes.

Not much feedback yet on success with these. I'll try them when I see guys adding an inch to their arms!

I don't believe it's meant to add size as much as pressing strength.
