Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 197 | I just did some JM Presses this afternoon with my chest/tricep workout. I don't know if I'll have any "ranting" to do about them. They're a pretty good exercise. Hurts less on my elbows than a regular skull crusher. I'm going to keep doing them. At least for a while.
