Default injury experts out there..

so a while back i was doing squats and i think either my belt wasnt tight enough or i came up wrong, either way something happend and my lower back started to hurt. i took a good 2 weeks off and the pain went away, but then it sort of moved.. my lower back no longer hurts, actually its back to normal... but another pain is there, its more like above my right buttcheek.. it doesnt prevent me from doing anything normal thorughout the day, its more of an annoying pain. when i sit down and try to slouch or lean forward, the pain kicks in and i have to sort of "stretch" a lil bit and then it doesnt hurt anymore.. sometimes when im walkin gand i lift up my right leg, the pain comes up... so that makes me think its a join problem?

any ideas? like i said im back to doing squats and nothing hurts while im working out, just everyday normal shit.. sitting down and slouching/leaning forward, sitting down into the car, walking and lifting that leg.. its just annoying!

Mostly likely low back pain caused by a muscle strain (acute low back pain). With the time you gave it to heal the muscles got weaker which eventually leads to disuse atrophy (muscle wasting), and subsequent weakening, which in turn causes more low back pain because the muscles are less able to help hold up the spine.

Build up the spine and core muscles by doing these exercises.

You may also have an inflammed sciatic nerve. I have been diagnosed with sciatica of the right leg. It hurts like hell when I drive for long periods at a time. Here is a link that may help you find out if you have the same problem.

can you describe it better....?? i have a PT/AT background. I dont really understand. Is the pain behind your legs. It sounds like it could be a sciatica (like he said) which ive had before. Its not easy to diagnose via the net.

1. i would get it checked out by your doc and not rely on internet advice.
